Technology has come a very long way.
Shoutout to meters and CGMs which give us the ability to know what our BG is at any given moment. That's huge. Not too long ago we were finger-pricking 8 times a day and just mentally blocking out all the time in between.
Now that we have the "what" covered, the next logical question we need to be asking constantly is: "Why?"
Why did my BG just spike? Why has my variability been all over the place today? Why did today go like this when yesterday was fine?
We can see what happened. We just can't figure out why it happened. And without the why, we're stuck guessing. Adjusting things at random. Hoping something sticks.

That's Subseven's mission in a nutshell. To look into the "Why."
We take all that data: your insulin, your activity, your meals, your sleep, stress, hormones, your whatever-you-want-to-track, and we see how it impacts your BG.
Each morning you even get a brief explanation of how the previous day went and which events had the biggest impact on your BG. We also look at this data over time to tease out the habits, behaviors, routines, and meals that have the biggest positive impact on your numbers, along with the things that do the most damage.
Not just charts. Not just averages. Actual insight you can use. (We also have charts because they're fun too!).
Because knowing what your blood sugar did is only half the picture. Understanding why it did that? That's when things start to click.
